RETURN & REFUND POLICY 

Rinkside Mahjong™ Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Rinkside Mahjong™ set.

Pre-Production and Pre-Order Purchases

Rinkside Mahjong™ sets may be offered for purchase before production and/or fulfillment is complete. Estimated production, shipping, and delivery dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, freight, customs, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

If you would like to request cancellation of an order before it has entered fulfillment or shipped, please contact us at members@hockeyismycountryclub.com. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request.

Returns After Delivery

We accept eligible returns requested within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and returned with all original components, accessories, packaging, and materials.

Please include your name, order number, and reason for the return. Do not send a product back without first receiving return instructions.

Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at members@hockeyismycountryclub.com with your order number and photographs showing the issue.

We will review the matter and work with you to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned with missing pieces, accessories, packaging, or materials may not qualify for a return or full refund.

Personalized or custom-made merchandise, if offered, may be final sale unless it arrives damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return results from our error or the product arrived damaged or defective.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post an approved refund.
