Thank you for ordering Rinkside Mahjong™.

Pre-Production Orders

Some Rinkside Mahjong™ products may be available for purchase before production is complete. Any production, fulfillment, shipping, or delivery timeframe provided at the time of purchase is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.

We will communicate material updates regarding production and fulfillment when appropriate.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping and delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, manufacturing schedules, customs, freight transportation, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address before your order has shipped, contact us promptly at:
